Tooth grinding/Bruxism is a normal dental condition that occurs throughout life. The problem arises when the activity causes tooth damage and muscle soreness or pain in the surrounding structures. As a dentist I am currently using a combination approach of hypnosis, visualization and oral exercise to treat patients when it becomes a destructive habit. -J. Crain [Lecture CD 2010]
